• All original tags and packaging must be included
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to replace an item should place a new order after the return has been processed.
